- All bookings must be confirmed with a deposit, which will be applied to your final bill.
- Payment in full is required upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- We accept payment via major credit cards, bank transfer, or cash.
- If a booking is canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled service, the deposit will be non-refundable.
4. Client Responsibilities
- The Client is responsible for ensuring that all items are packed securely if the packing service is not opted for.
- The Client must provide accurate information regarding access, parking, and any other relevant details about the property.
- The Client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or permissions for parking and access.
5. Liability and Insurance
- While we handle your belongings with the utmost care, A Man and Van 24/7 is not liable for any loss or damage to items that are not packed by our team.
- We carry limited liability insurance; however, the Client is encouraged to purchase additional coverage if necessary.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control, such as traffic or weather conditions.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund of the deposit.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service will result in the loss of the deposit.
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days of the cancellation.

We take your privacy seriously. All personal information provided during the booking process is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with GDPR regulations.
